Once an order is placed, we will provide comprehensive detailed photos for your final approval. Shipment will be arranged only after we receive your explicit confirmation.You are also more than welcome to reach out for extra details or videos on any piece before buying. We’re here to help!

Return Policy:
In principle, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. If an item arrives with significant damage that wasn’t described (such as a stain or scratch we missed) or in the extremely unlikely event a counterfeit item slipped through, we will of course make it right. Please contact us in such cases, and once the item is returned, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping&Tax:
We ship via FedEx, DHL, and EMS, with same day pickup available for urgent orders. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that customs duties and tariffs are not included in the item prices.

Reservation:
We offer a 3 day reservation period for our items. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the item will be released back into our active inventory.
